        Is was great to find a small size bottle that still carries 12 oz. Perfect for short hikes when you do not need a large bottle. And great for airline travel. Take it empty through security, fill it up for your flight, and it fits easily in seat back. Heavy duty construction helps them last.

          I used this bottle to hold a minimalist survival kit. Since it can take a direct flame ans is stainless steel, one could boil water.

          I fit the following items inside this bottle: swiss army knife, one-person space blanket, flint w/striker, small signal mirror, kindling, fishing line, fishing kit, duct tape, iodine pill bottle, band aids, medicines, and cheesecloth (for water prefilter, and bandage making).

          It now goes with me everywhere.

            My wife and I purchased this product for our two elementary school aged children. School lunches are getting costly and they really aren't that great. We started packing home lunches for the kids and needed something to put the kids drinks in. Rather than purchase drink boxes with all that sugar, we purchased this Kleen Kanteen which was a great buy. It is small enough to pack in their lunch boxes and it has the right amount of capacity. We've had it for about two months and so far it has proven itself to be durable. The wide mouth is also a plus which allows ice to be placed inside with ease. Overall a great buy!
