I should start with the fact that I'm a man, but I've never seen a woman's shoe come in size 48, so I'm thinking these were mislabeled and ordered a pair. (Be sure to go by Shimano's sizing chart on these, as they say 48 = 12.5, where I wear a 47 from most other manufactures)

Excellent Shoe. It fit very well out of the box, it fit even better with the included arch support bolsters (if you have high arches and have trouble finding a shoe that accommodates that), and better still once I had it molded to my feet. I've had a few pair of shoes, the sole is as stiff as any I've had, and it is the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. It is a little heavier than my last carbon soled shoes, but the trade-off of weight for comfort is well worth it.

And if looks matter, the all white with red accents make for a nice looking shoe.

I'm a male and I bought these ignoring the Women's title, thinking that 48 was huge for a woman's shoe. I always wear size US 13 men's shoes, and these fit great.
There is nothing noticeably feminine about these shoes, maybe a slight pearl-like finish. But at this closeout price! wow! what a great value.
The are comfy, stiff, and light. They ride great!
