The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Black Diamond Expedition Adjustable Ski Poles:
Used for 1.5 long seasons of split boarding. My friends poles of other brands have duct tape... not these. Solid and easy to operate with gloves. straps and grips are very comfortable and i really like the directional baskets and sharp tips. Only now after many long treks is one shaft section out of six bent slightly... other than that perfection.

Comments about Black Diamond Expedition Adjustable Ski Poles:
This is the second pair I have bought for snowshoeing. The first ones still look and work as good as if they were new. I have used them mainly for snowshoeing into backcountry with backpack on in preparation for climbing some peaks in southwest Co.
They have been through a lot and never once has the flick lock allowed any slip truly the best pole I think you can buy. I bought the second set because I have 8 grandchildren and I am started taking the oldest boy out when he was four and I now have two more boys who turned 4 last year and I take them together, These poles adjust to their heigth real well.
I am 50yrs old and we have a long time to climb together and I have no doubt these poles will be in use for a long time in my family.

Comments about Black Diamond Expedition Adjustable Ski Poles:
i use these for skiing, hiking, climbing. had them for 2+ years now and they are holding up well. they are slightly heavier than standard BD 3-piece poles, but the weight gives them the flexiblity to be used for skiing, etc. nice poles all-around. I landed on them a few times, and no real problems with bending.
