A convenient blend of distance and proximity lighting, the Princeton Tec Remix headlamp is an essential tool to have when backpacking or traveling.

  • Single Maxbright LED throws a bright white beam up to 45m on high; three 5mm LEDs reach up to 28m on high
  • Remix is available with red, green or white 5mm LEDs; select which version you want when purchasing; all versions include a white Maxbright LED
  • Red LEDs minimize the impact on your night vision; green LEDs are helpful when looking at topographic maps
  • Both the Maxbright LED and the three 5mm LEDs can be operated on high or low to suit your lighting needs
  • 3 AAA batteries (included) provide 28 hrs. of burn time for the Maxbright LED on high; using the 5mm LEDs on low, the batteries provide 200 hrs. of operation
  • Large push button on/off switch can be operated with gloves on
  • Single-arm ratcheting head pivots up and down, providing a wide range of motion so you can aim the beam wherever you need it
  • Battery door is easy to open using the tool that's integrated into the headband adjustment system

    I feel as if I have been blessed in life... As I have been able to try almost every headlamp out there in the past 12 years..

    Now I know that there were headlamps out there for a bit of time before that (And I love my Petzl Duo)... But I came in right as everyone started to turn away from Halogen and towards LED...

    I can proudly say that this lamp is a shining example of how right the manufacturers were to change..

    Unless you're deep sea diving... This is the lamp for you...

        Comments about Princeton Tec Remix Headlamp:

        Not a great light but not a bad light either, wide angle beam has a yellow tint and spot has a purple tint instead of the white light you would expect. Changing from spot to wide angle is kind of klunky as you have to hold button down for several seconds, also the on off switch is unprotected which makes me wonder if it will get bumped on in my pack. I have used it on a couple of trips and it works fine but given the chance to do it over I probably would buy another Tikka XP.
