    I got these before Christmas and used them extensively in the Adirondack backcountry, traveling on abandoned logging roads. They are very stable, and certainly fast enough for what I want to do (travel expeditiously through the snow with relative ease). Over the course of five days, the high temperature went from around 0 F to 40 F, and they worked great in all conditions.
