Dalbello Krypton boots offer freeriders a close fit that's powerful, sensitive and responsive, suitable for sport- to expert-level skiers.

  • Cabrio 3-piece polyether design (cuff, shell and tongue) provides a comfortable, precise foothold with smooth and progressive forward flex
  • Highly resilient nylon tongues enhance responsiveness, control and sensitivity to skis and snow surface
  • Liner features medium-density foam around the rear foot and tongue; neoprene toe box stretches for comfort and fit; ceramic insulation enhances warmth
  • Liners are engineered to fit correctly right out of the box, but they can be custom molded as well, a procedure best performed in an REI specialty ski shop
  • Lightweight, heat-moldable liner also features a microfleece lining, a performance insole and a wrap design that optimizes control of rearfoot volume
  • Medium-density Ultralon EVA foam is lighter and warmer than other foams and can be shaped to accommodate specific fit issues
  • Loop on each tongue aids entry and exit
  • Low cuff hinges allow boots to easily follow the legs' natural movement, efficiently delivering power and leverage to the skis
  • 3 microadjustable aluminum buckles on each boot create an accurate fit; inverted bottom buckles won't come loose from contact with snow
  • Dynalink retention system utilizes a cable instep buckle on each boot to minimize foot sliding, heel lift and shell distortion while flexing
  • Direct Connect macro adjustment lets you fine-tune the tension of the Dynalink system over a wide range of adjustment
  • Power straps lock in the cuffs and increase support
  • Twin canting adjusts the cuffs to fit the angles of your lower legs, levels the soles of the boots above the skis and offers a versatile range of adjustment
  • Set the forward lean and flex to customize the boots to your preferred style of skiing; flex index adjusts from 90 to 120
