The full-figured K2 GotBack skis have an endless appetite for fast turns in deep powder.

  • With a hefty 135mm tip, 102mm waist and 121mm tail, the GotBacks offer superb flotation in the bottomless fluff
  • Bioflex core combines fir and spruce to create a ski that is stable and predictable underfoot, while maintaining light and soft tips and tails
  • Rather than simply layer different types of wood, the Bioflex core fuses completely different cores together at the tip and tail
  • Bamboo stringer running down the center increases core strength without adding cumbersome weight
  • Torsion box design utilizes a Triaxial-braided wood core to create a high degree of responsiveness, forgiveness and energy transfer
  • Triaxial braiding wraps an interlocking fiberglass weave around the wood core providing torsional stiffness, responsive turning and high sensitivity
  • Cap construction envelops the core and internal materials with the top layer of the ski, keeping overall weight light and durability high
  • Held base to base, skis bow apart 2mm at the ski-to-snow contact point at the tip; rocker extends 30cm in from the contact points
  • 2/30 tip rocker offers easy flotation and quick and easy turn initiation, and normally cambered tails increase speed in powder and enhance maneuverability
  • Progressive sidecut has different curve shapes along different parts of the ski—more aggressive in the tip, less aggressive in the tail
  • Powder tip places the widest point of the ski further back than on other K2 skis, resulting in predictable performance in variable backcountry conditions
  • Includes tip and tail holes that facilitate setting ski anchors, attaching skins (not included) and building a rescue sled; remove plugs from skis with a flathead screwdriver
  • Flat tails make it easy to set a ski anchor, and notches in tails help skin clips stay centered
  • Designed for 70% soft snow and 30% variable snow
  • Requires bindings with wide brakes
