Don't buy these, they fall apart

    Comments about Volkl Mantra Skis - Men's - '09/'10:

    I have a pair of these that are less than a year old with under 50 days. The bases are bubbling and coming apart at the tips and the edge is coming apart about 8" long at the sidewall. They were sent back under warranty and returned to me with no repair or replacement and a simple explanation that, get this, "moisture" caused it. So, if you don't heed my advice and buy these, keep them off of the "moisture". I've had many a pair of skis and never had this problem, even with a little "moisture" contact. I don't see why all Volkl's wouldn't do this. Let me know if you want pics.
