Comments about Zamberlan Civetta GTX Hiking Boots - Men's:
I bought a pair of these (Civetta II's) back in XMAS of 2004. Seven years later, they are still going strong.
The C II's are exactly the same boot. It's good to know that I will still be able to get another pair of these!

Comments about Zamberlan Civetta GTX Hiking Boots - Men's:
I've had these boots for about one summer, and about 150 trail miles, and they have been great. They are on the heavy side but I think that's typical for a durable leather boot with lots of support, and they have been just that. Very comfortable and warm. Probably too warm for hard hiking in hot weather(85F+). There is a small squeak from the tongue rubbing on the rest of the boot but I'm sure a little Nikwax would fix the problem. Overall, the best boots I've owned.

Comments about Zamberlan Civetta GTX Hiking Boots - Men's:
Absolutely amazing boot. I put this through 3 NOLS courses, over 700 miles on trail (and off!), many summits, wet weather, dry weather. Sad to finally retire them, but I'm looking forward to my next pair of Zamberlans!
