Made specifically for women, our saucy Novara Pika hardtail mountain bike is built tough and offers great trail performance in a comfortable, easy-handling compact size.

  • Sturdy 6061 aluminum frame offers up a comfortable geometry for confident, upright riding; frame and fork feature disc brake tabs for an easy upgrade down the road
  • RST Gila T8 suspension fork delivers 80mm of travel to smooth out rough trails, rocks and roots
  • SRAM 3.0 front derailleur and X3 rear derailleur offer smooth, reliable performance; responsive SRAM shifters deliver excellent on-the-fly shifting
  • Tektro linear-pull brakes provide powerful off-road stopping power
  • Kenda K920 26 x 1.95 in. combo tires handle transitions from trails to gravel roads with smooth-rolling performance and reliable traction
  • WTB Leisure She Comp saddle provides a soft and comfortable ride; microadjustable seatpost lets you easily fine-tune saddle position
  • Comes equipped with resin platform pedals—no special shoes required!
  • Specs are subject to change

After its initial break-in period you might notice your bicycle performing less responsively than the day you brought it home. Not to worry, this is typical of all new bicycles and simply reflects that cables have stretched or their housings have seated themselves into final position. To keep running at peak performance, all REI bicycles come with a FREE warranty tune-up, which should be accomplished between the first 100-200 miles of riding or after the first two months if you're accumulating miles less quickly. Contact your nearest REI bike shop for details and an appointment for this important service.
