The cleverly designed Snow Peak Starter kit optimizes your trail cooking experience and saves both weight and space in your pack!

  • Kit features the small, ultralight Giga Power stove with Piezo ignition, Snow Peak titanium spork and a Trek 700 titanium pot with lid and fold-out handle
  • All parts fit inside the pot for tidy, compact storage; the stove (out of its case) fits above a Snow Peak 110g fuel canister (sold separately)
  • Plus, the handle of the spork fits through the lid drain hole; the ladle portion rests above the lid and helps hold in place a second canister of fuel
  • Small, convenient lid hole lets you safely drain hot water after boiling noodles for your evening meal
  • Opposite the hole sits a clasp designed to help secure that second canister of fuel in conjunction with the spork
  • Lightweight spork is a combination spoon and fork in 1 versatile utensil
  • Titanium pot and spork are incredibly lightweight; rugged titanium also conducts heat well for cooking
  • Tiny, featherweight stove is barely noticeable in your pack; built-in Piezo igniter sends out an electric spark that starts the flame once the gas is turned on
  • No pumping or priming, collapsible stove screws onto isobutane cartridges, sold separately
  • Performs well in cold temperatures and can be reduced to a true simmer for actual cooking, not just boiling water for freeze-dried foods
  • Fold-out wires provide support for most sizes of cooking pots; stable stove base allows cooking on varied surfaces
  • Stove comes in a plastic case for easy packing; size specifications are based on storage case
  • Total weight of the kit is 9.1 oz.; stove weighs 3.6 oz., stove case weighs 0.6 oz. cup weighs 3.2 oz., lid weighs 1.2 oz., spork weighs 0.4 oz. and storage bag weighs 0.1 oz.
  • Fuel canisters are not included with the kit but are sold separately

    Its a great stove to keep in my pack for Search and Rescue. Its not something I would always cook with, but its nice to have in my pack if I get called out at night and need to make dinner or a cup of coffee. Its light wait, small, and easy to use. I have used it about 12 times or so and only problem I have with it if I get above 10,000 feet.

    This was highly recommended by the staff at REI. I read the reviews as mostly positive so I bought it locally at the Parkmeadows, CO store. The next day using the stove at 5400 ft above sealevel, 85 degrees, calm to light winds, the ignitor didn't work. I tried 10+ times and had to use a lighter. At times 5-8 clicks worked. I read the instructions before the trip then before and after using. [...]

          I bought this to take to Shenandoah with me to basically just heat up water. Worked great. Cup and spork ROCK! They're very light and cleanup is generic...just rinse and scrub a little. The stove is a bit crazy, though. The temperature control on mine was very sensitive going from butane lighter fire to flamethrower flames in a slight twist. Can't complain, though...heated up the water pretty darn quick. Definitely would recommend the cup and spork. I like how they all pack up into the cup.
