    I purchased this coat two years ago, and this winter will be it's third. It's been fantastic! The neck, when zipped up all the way is a little snug, especially with a scarf, but beyond that, it's the best investment I ever made. It's stylish, warm, pretty water resistant (unless it's a deluge), and wind resistant. Perfect for cold DC winters, and then some. It's held up really well, and still looks new even though I have it on it all the time, and the only real wear has been some flattening of the down across the shoulders.

      This is a beautiful coat. I gave it 3 stars because the second time I wore it, the zipper broke when I tried to use it to open the zipper from the bottom up to make walking in a long coat easier. The zipper became stuck and I had to climb out of the coat. I returned it for another one, and havent had the problem again.

      Otherwise, its perfect to wear to holiday parties, or out on a night in the city!

        This is a beautiful coat, but not exceptionally warm. I wouldn't recommend it for spending a lot of time outside in very cold temperatures, but if your out on the town in a dress, it's perfect.
