Comments about MagLite Mini Maglite AA Flashlight with Holster:
OK, here's the deal. Look at what this light will cost you then compare to an LED light. Compare the light output as well; they are the same. This thing is almost indestructible, too. No, I would not rely on this as my only light, but for something to keep handy, it gets top marks. The only draw back I find is the filament may break. That is the one thing I can say in favor of LED lights. After a REALLY LONG time, I'm finally replacing my old one, but only because I lost it!

Comments about MagLite Mini Maglite AA Flashlight with Holster:
I'd read many good things about this light and think it is a very attractive design. Over the years, I've had three of these little maglites and when they work, they work well. But all three of mine have failed for various reasons. I've taken them apart, replaced the bulbs, batteries, exchanged parts, etc. to no avail. After my first experience, I should have learned my lesson but I bought this light again and again only to be dissapointed twice more. I now need another light and will look elswhere this time.

Comments about MagLite Mini Maglite AA Flashlight with Holster:
This thing is one rock-solid flashlight. It works for everything. Forget expensive LED's, this gets the job done. I own at least two (there may be others hiding in my garage somewhere). It's not the lightest thing I've ever seen, but I'd take this over some dinky headlamp that's gonna break right when you're trying to get your campfire started.
