I'm so disappointed in this shirt. It's cut too low/long for anyone with a shorter frame. I end up readjusting the sleeves and neck line all day long just so that I don't show to much! Not the greatest REI quality---the fabric is really soft, but not practical for much else than casual wear indoors. I'm bummed because I really liked the design.
