Comments about Sea to Summit Pocket Shaving Soap:
So I got this and the S2S shaving cream to try out before I decide if either will land a place in my pack. I shaved half my face with each.
This shaving soap is not worth it. It is hard to get a good lather in your hand and I feel like you are losing some through your fingers and such. It does lather fairly well though, but you need more than the 1-2 leafs they say you will. I needed 4 for half of my face. so probably about 8 of them for one shave of an entire face...and that is if you just have a little stubble. If you have a full beard going you will probably need a lot more.
This shaving soap is a good idea in theory but poor execution. Of the two I would go with the shaving cream, but would go with a mainstream shaving cream over both of them.

Comments about Sea to Summit Pocket Shaving Soap:
A whole lot easier than carrying gel, liquid or pressurized can. Takes getting used to: keep hands dry to extract a single sheet; then moisten.

Comments about Sea to Summit Pocket Shaving Soap:
Took this product on an overseas trip. It was not possible to get enough lather to shave, even with using several strips. I was disappointed because I also got the pocket hand wash and that worked great. I ended up having to go to a local market and buy shaving cream.
