    I bought this for my son. What a piece of junk. First, there is a note printed on the packaging that there are instructions and tips included on how to fly it and put it together. There are no instructions or tips included and the manufacturer states this is a typo on the packaging. Next, the thing takes a tremendous amount of force to fling and loft into the air - something that virtually only a teenager or adult can do. Last, it goes out, away, and up - but never comes back. I could have sworn boomerangs are supposed to come back.

    The Helirang is very well constructed. I flew it at a local park, and it crashed from 20-30 ft high without falling apart.

    The downside to the product is that it is hard to fly. My 2 friends and I spent 1/2 hour with it and none of us could get the Helirang to fly back to us. Maybe practice will make us better at it.

    FYI - the back of the product packaging says "Tips and Tricks Booklet Included". I got in touch with the manufacturer and found out that this is a typo.
