The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Delta Chagall Quick-Adjust Tension Bike Rack:
We bought this to store two new road bikes in the garage. The box claims it fits up to a 9'-6" height. Which is true, if all you want to do is stack the metal pieces atop each other, fully extend the adjustable post and not actually have any of the pieces fit together. It really would fit a 9' ceiling, max, correctly assembled.
Our garage is newly built, with an 8' garage door. I imagine this might work on a garage with a 7' door (more common in older construction). But it doesn't fit where claimed.
The stated max weights also vary on the instructions vs. on the box. So I imagine the other reviewer's comment about it not working for a (heavier) mountain bike might well be true.
My take is that this company has a sloppy approach to design, since the height flaw should have been easily caught by anyone who is paying attention. My guess is that they are not exactly on top of things when it comes to quality at their Chinese manufacturing supplier either.

Comments about Delta Chagall Quick-Adjust Tension Bike Rack:
When I received this item, I was excited about using it. It was easy to assemble and did the job....at first. Unfortunately, all the rubber rings that support the bike holders have broken within the a year. While the concept of the rack is good, the construction is poor and doesn't last long.

Comments about Delta Chagall Quick-Adjust Tension Bike Rack:
Easy enough to use. Holds my 35 pound touring bicycle above my 25 pound cyclocross bike (stacked 2x56cm frames with 700c tires). You must slide the hooks into position each time you replace the bicycle. The hooks have a rubber coated ring that slides along the vertical arms and is held in place by friction. Friction is increased when the load of your bicycle is added to the rack. Held up well in my 1 bedroom apartment and now my garage. It's not suited for the impatient but the price point should help you ignore that.
