    I love this jacket - I am wearing it right now. I purchased 2 NF Pamirs (mens large, mens medium) because the man I was buying it for did not know his size. He is 6 ft tall, skinny, and took the large. I am 4 ft 10 inches tall, 105 lbs, a woman, and I took the medium. The sleeves are a bit long for me, but with the velcro cuffs, it is all good. North Face ladies jackets have too much of a pinched waist for me to wear, but this is good through the shoulders, the chest, and the abdomen. Plus the zippers are FABULOUS. I previously returned another jacket to REI (OR enigma) because I could not manipulate the zippers due to arthritis in my fingers. No problem here. I am using this as a jacket for walking and if it gets too cold, I will use it as a layer under a shell. Over the years I have purchased a variety of NF products and they are all keepers.

      I have used this jacket in windy 15 deg temps wearing nothing but a long sleeve insulated undershirt and I was quite warm. This jacket does an excellent job of keeping the wind out and your body heat in. This is the warmest, lightest jacket I have ever had.
