    Comments about Light My Fire Spork - Package of 4:

    Received the sporks as a gift but was unimpressed at first glance. I threw them in my backpack as a place to store them and promptly forgot about them.

    Fast forward a few months and I was on a hike and had forgotten to pack my normal utensiles. Searching for them I found the Light My Fire spork and pulled it out fully expecting the tines to bend the first time I tried to stab a bite of food.

    I was wrong!

    As a fork and as a spoon the spork performs perfectly well. Further, it cleaned up easier than the metal utensiles I normally used.

    The knife portion is totally useless, but that's OK. Who goes hiking without a "real" knife? And don't you normally need to use the knife and fork as a pair when you eat?

    That little comment aside, it is worth noting that the LMF spork has entered into regular rotation. It's not my favorite to use on shorter hikes, but if I'm packing for a longer trip where space/weight are at a premium, I take it.
