I really like this as an eating/stirring spoon, but the knife-thing is worthless, and if you're in the outdoors, all you really need is a good spoon anyways. It's plastic, so it's going to break eventually, and don't leave it in your pot/pan if you're doing any real cooking. I use chopsticks for that.
I am conflicted about whether it's worth the price though; packable steel military surplus dining utensil sets cost just a little more.

Used on a week long trek from the Grand Tetons down to Zion National Park and Havasu Falls. My friend had this in the Tetons and when getting down the mountain found it snapped in half. We stopped in Salt Lake at their REI and picked up another for the both of us. After Havasu both our sporks were again broken in half. I would recommend something more durable for backpacking trips; worked fine when we car camped.

I was so impressed when I received my chartreuse spork. It's flexible, light, and semi-transparent. But, the first time I attempted to saw with the serration it snapped off!!

I really loved this thing. It's light and easy to use. Because it's plastic, it won't scratch my cookware. But after a few trips totaling about 10 days out, it broke in half while mixing pancake batter.

I had used my Light My Fire Spork for about 7 months in snow, desert, and mountains and had been quite happy with it. This past weekend some friends described how theirs had both broken in the midst of a menial task like stirring soup. I couldn't believe it, but the very next morning, as I reached into my Mountain House eggs, the fork end snapped clean off! These things are great for a while, but beware, they WILL break.
