      Comments about McNett Tenacious Tape Repair Tape:

      This stuff looks even better than the tape of the same name I bought to fix an air mattress years ago. The sleeping pad i fixed had a 2 inch tear and after some careful placement and hard pressing it has welded to the pad, and it holds at least 200 lbs worth of air pressure. Highly recommended for anyone with an inflatable sleeping pad.

      I have used this tape to repair two tents and a sleeping bag. The tent has seen at least two weeks of compounded use since and the tape still holds. The sleeping bag has been used and washed at least half a dozen times since. In both cases, the tape shows no signs of loosing strength or wearing off. It does tend to attract residue on the edge of the taped space, which is a little unseemly, but as far as functionality goes, it is better than duct tape. And the clear tape works great with just about anything.
