    The REI Member Dividend

The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.

Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.

Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

by fromAwesome Product AWESOME bit of kit, how can you go wrong? I bought the ENO Slap Straps for it also which are also great. My friend bought the Hennessey Hammock and I think secretly regretted it. I had set my ENO while he was still faffing around with the straps on his $$$ Hennessey. Great buy, worth every penny. But make sure you buy a Thermorest for it if you plan on sleeping in less than 40'

by fromLike sleeping on butterfly wings... Took my son out to the desert for his 15th birthday and I slept under the stars in this super thin hammock. It really was comfortable. If they could only invent a rocking feature to it, that would be true bliss... I like the fact that it rolls up into a super compact ball.

by fromThe best hammock in the lineup. A few years ago I bought an ENO Double Nest and have completely fallen in love with hammock camping. In my opinion, it's the lightest and most comfortable setup you're going to get in the backcountry. If you grab the hammock, slap straps, tarp (I recommend the Noah 9'), your trekking poles, and some rope, you can literally set up shelter anywhere (trees or ground). That-being-said, I'm 5'9" and the double-nest was little too much fabric for me, so I decided to try out the pro-nest for a better fit and to save weight. Now, I could go on raving about how this hammock is perfect, but I won't (even though it is). The bottom line is this, if you want to try out hammock camping or are looking to lighten your load, buy this hammock! If you don't like it, you can always return it. *I will comment on one attribute of this hammock that really stands out to me, as a quasi-survivalist and a minimalist. I love that ENO got rid of the the ropes that connected the hammock to the carabiners. On the pro-nest the carabiners simply go right through the end-loops of the hammock. Not only were these "middle-ropes" unnecessary and added weight, but removing them ADDS versatility because now you can simply slip out the carabiners and the hammock turns into a rectangular ground-mat, which can be very useful if trees aren't around and you need to sleep on the ground. (this could be used in combination with your trekking poles and tarp to basically create a make-shift tent)

by fromStupendous hammock I bought this hammock when I moved cross-country as a lightweight, versatile, and inexpensive alternative to a bed ... that I would be able to move outside if I wanted or could take with me on overnight backpacking trips. Thus, I have been sleeping in this hammock every night since I purchased it. I couldn't be much happier. It is extremely lightweight, very well-made, and really comfortable even for regular, nightly usage. I haven't taken it camping yet, but I have a trip coming up in a few weeks, and this will save me a ton of weight in my pack. The only con I might add is that, since it is the ultralight version, some material has been sacrificed. It is a tad bit short, if you're a tall person or you like to have a lot of room. I'm 5'4", so I have no problems getting comfortable and stretching out. However, taller people might feel scrunched, and would probably prefer the slightly longer, slightly heavier regular Single Nest.

by fromsmall first off im 5'11" 145 pounds and i used the hammock about a month and then returned it for the single nest. i bought it because it was lighter but it seems by saving weight they cut off way too much comfort(22 inches shorter than single nest!) its really to short for a good nights sleep in a hammock. this would be great for a quick hang for fishing next to a lake or a park or something along thoughs lines but if your looking to hammock camp go with the single nest and save the hassle of the slap straps because since they are nylon you will wake up on your bum at 2am from stretching! go polyester from a ratchet strap for the same cost! eno's got great products just save some money for more. singlenest singlenest singlenest!

by fromLove it! So i've had the DoubleNest, had the SingleNest, and just got the ProNest! I was skeptical on this Pronest due to some of the reviews saying that if your 5'8" or taller it probably wouldn't fit you well. I am 5'8", and when I laid down in the ProNest, I had several inches of room above my head and below my feet. So I would say it will fit people up to and around the 6 foot height easy. I love the fact that there is no access "rope" incorporated into the mix like the Single/Double, it makes for better packing and less weight. I also like that it does not have the exterior compression strap, that also shaves off a little bit more weight. The Khaki color that I went with is a nice brown, almost Coyote, and it blends well with my surroundings too, (forests, beaches, etc). The ONLY thing I didn't really love to much was the size of the integrated stuff sack. I feel like it is a really tight fit and forcing it in there and cinching it down as tight as I have to makes me feel like the seams will split in time. I wish they had just sewn on the same size pouch from the SingleNest, that would have been perfect in my opinion. Other than that, I love it, and wish I would have gotten one sooner. This is a small enough package that I can carry it on every day hike and not even notice it in my pack. Hope this review helps, and clears up any doubts anyone might have before buying. Highly recommended!
