Comments about BlueWater Titan Loop Chain:
This thing is awesome. Not as bulky the PAS, which is great when climbing with a harness loaded with draws (as it clips to a gear loop while climbing) or twin/double ropes, plus its less than half the weight of the PAS (66 vs 160 grams). The blue color contrasts the red end loop perfectly for quick identification, and the thing looks great.
I used to use slings until a buddy let me borrow his PAS, what a difference! Easy adjustment to the height you want or for awkward and unequal anchors. The TLC is just like the PAS but better.
You'll hear it a million times, but DO NOT use a daisy chain for anchoring yourself. A daisy chain is not full strength at each loop. This may not mean much to you now, but wait til you're setting a sport rappel, one of your anchors pulls out, and your daisy chain breaks a few loops to catch you. Then, after your life has stopped flashing before your eyes, you have to try and continue setting the rappel from 3 feet below the anchors. Be smart, get a real anchor chain thats full strength at every loop.

Comments about BlueWater Titan Loop Chain:
Great product, I like it because the red loop makes it easy to distinguish the last loop from the rest of them. It can get tangled around your knee or leg if you're not careful about racking it but it isn't a big deal. Also makes setting up a rappel with an autoblock really easy

I love this thing! Light weight and each loop is full strength! What more do you need? Be safe and use this, not a daisy chain.

Comments about BlueWater Titan Loop Chain:
Perfect for going in direct to anchors and extending the belay device while on rappel. It does get a little annoying setting up the rap if you're extending your device on the chain while you're loading the chain, but whatever.

Nice to anchor in at the top of climbs. Personally I like it better than a daisy chain. Good length and easy to use.

Great chain, will be getting another one to match. The red color makes it very easy to spot where the last chain is. Use it all the time now that outdoor climbing season started.
