    This rain cover is not what I expected. The picture shows a silver cover that fully covers the trunk bag and side panniers. When I got this cover I put it on and it fit perfect. Then I took it off and expanded the side panniers and thought no way would it cover it now, and when I tried yup not a chance. They must have either covered the side pannier with another silver cover for the picture or the pannier is not from the Topeak trunk bag and something different that happens to be the exact same color as the cover.

        I almost did not buy because a reviewer said this did not fit over the trunk bag with panniers extended. I have never had a problem with a topeak product so I bought it anyway. The reviewer must have been sent the wrong item because the rain cover fits just like the picture. It packs very small into its own case and works as advertised.
