    I am a casual cyclist but a serious runner. I've used both the Race X Air and Race Exp Air for commuting to work on foot, a distance of about six miles. Both are super-comfortable, with enough space (once the bladder is removed) to store notebooks etc. (even really small laptops). The new Race Exp Air also has a nice rain fly and a zipper to expand the capacity (hence the "Exp" in the name). I resisted running with a backpack for a long time, but it's a pleasure with such a nice form-fitting model that minimizes jostling.

      Wonderful pack!! I absolutely love the Air Comfort back system!!

      I debated between this and the bigger 750 - 900 cubic inch version, but I'm glad I chose this one. It's big enough to hold a spare tube, frame pump, all necessary tools, cable lock, wallet, keys, cell phone, as well as a fresh t shirt, flip flops, deodorant and travel pack of wet wipes to take a "camp shower" when I get to work.

      Highly recommended!!
