Comments about Vasque Breeze Low VST Cross-Training Shoes - Men's:
This seemed like a great pair of attractive, well-ventilated everyday shoes with a durable Vibram soles, but I quickly developed a painful pressure point on the upper outside part of my foot just above my pinky-toe knuckle. I attribute this to the shoe being particularly narrow and having a bunch of different materials sewn together right at the point where the toes bend from the ball of the foot. It's interesting to hear similar complaints from other reviews.

Comments about Vasque Breeze Low VST Cross-Training Shoes - Men's:
These felt good right out of the box. I had a pair of the Kota's before which I liked a lot. These feel a little more sturdy but not bulky. My feet get hot and these Breeze's breathe well. I'm very happy with the purchase and they were on sale.!

I would recommend these shoes, certainly, but then I would also suggest you head over vasque[@] to watch the video they made (vasque) to describe what this VST is all about. It is on youtube as well, of course.

Comments about Vasque Breeze Low VST Cross-Training Shoes - Men's:
I wore these shoes for 1,400 miles on the PCT and loved them. Breath well, flexible and tough. Hiked through the High Sierras with them and always felt confident.
P.S. No shoe should be worn for 1,400 miles. I was just too poor to buy new ones. They held up perfectly for ~800-900 miles.

Comments about Vasque Breeze Low VST Cross-Training Shoes - Men's:
This is another good shoe by Vasque. I am hard on shoes, do a lot of off trail hard hiking / climbing, including rock scrambling. The shoe is fairly light, fairly flexible, & breaths well (I live in the desert). It has a firmer ride (cushion) than the Kota, which I really like, (now discontinued, bummer.
I have noticed (as has my female hiking bud w/ a pair), a couple small discomforts on the uppers where materials meet, lower laces & outside where leather & mess are sewn together, (hopefully this will fade). They are great on rocks w/ very confidence inducing traction. The Vibram sole seems fairly hard rubber for good longevity while still having good grip, (not a heavily lugged sole though).
Laces seem bomb-proof, but need to be double knotted as most round, nylon ones do. Has 2 upper eyelets to get a snug lace-up.
Removable insole is decent (will probably replace with Sobathane).
Seems to be a bit less curved lasted than the Kota, but still has a decent curve to follow natural arc of foot.
Good torsional stability, although it doesn't feel quite as much a part of your foot as the more flexible Kota.
Toe bumper seems very good & should hold up, and it wraps around as well.
Haven't worn it on a longer hike yet (12+ miler) to judge longer wear comfort.
Overall, I think Vasque has put out another very good light weight hiker which is better than most.
Happy Hiking!

Comments about Vasque Breeze Low VST Cross-Training Shoes - Men's:
These felt great when I left the store and for about a week after but then the right side of my right foot was getting tired with everyday use. I've never had this problem before and, although I can't be sure it isn't my foot, the inside height of the shoe (where my foot sits) feels small around the outside edges of the pair. Otherwise, comfortable foot pad and great venting.
