The Mountain Hardware Intention 75 pack is a full-featured, long-haul dreamboat. It sports an advanced suspension that carries heavy, multiday loads with comfort and ease.

  • Fit-Lock™ adjustable harness accommodates a wide range of body sizes and draws the pack snugly against your torso for excellent balance and load transfer
  • Soft edges and smooth surfaces on the hipbelt and shoulder straps provide all-day comfort
  • HDPE framesheet features an aluminum perimeter shaping rod that helps transfer the load to the hipbelt
  • Back panel features hourglass-shaped lumbar pad for enhanced fit
  • Top-loading main compartment features a folding collar to seal in contents from the elements; side zipper provides an easy access option to contents
  • Top pocket features 2 compartments for organizing small essentials; removable design lets you streamline the pack and lighten your load
  • Externally accessible reservoir pocket and twin drink-tube exit ports offer easy on-the-go hydration (reservoir sold separately)
  • Front compression pocket with daisy chain converts to a small daypack with its own mesh shoulder straps and webbing hipbelt
  • Features a secondary daisy chain and webbing loops positioned on main pack underneath removable day pack, providing exterior lash points even when day pack is removed
  • Removable divider lets you merge zippered sleeping bag compartment with main compartment
  • Removable straps on the bottom of the pack are ideal for carrying a sleeping pad
  • Large stretch mesh side pockets are easily accessible when wearing pack

    Spent four days throughout the backcountry of the Olympic national Park with my girlfriend. We went 20 miles and carried a modest amount of weight. This backpack was extremely comparable and I would give it its highest recommendation.

      Comments about Mountain Hardwear Intention 75 Pack:

      Big loads carried really well. The hip belt, was firm and comfortable. Even on shorter trips I was able to leave the top lid and detachable daypack. Easy to get into if you need to. It is a 6 pounder however, if you carry a heavy loads over extended distance it's worth the comfort and support.
