    I like the Tangerine Ginger as an added bonus to my daily water, and it's fantastic. It's fizzy and full of vitamines and really tastes great. I wouldn't drink as much water without it. I don't know how much good it would do on an actual hike, but for everyday, yummy water, it's worth it!!
