      I admit that I bought these because of the deep pockets. I needed a pair of lightweight exercise capris for the nightly walks/hikes with the canine and I wanted something that had pockets for keys, MP3 player, etc. Surprised how comfortable and well they fit. Have stood up well to 4+ mile hikes with no chaffing/piling. Haven't been that impressed with prAna's clothing in the past, but now because of these, I will give their clothing a second chance.

        The perfect capri pants! I have a pair of these from 2006/07 (with the white contrast stitching), and the crotch pilled heavily (even after just one wear). I still loved them, so I buy a pair every year. I purchased a pair of these last year (2008) and this year (2009), and there is NO pilling in the crotch. Prana has definitely improved the design and construction. As always, they are slimming on a "full" figure and VERY comfy. The elastic/drawstring waist is perfect if you are either active or bloated! And you can bend down and the waist doesn't "dig" into your gut (if you have that problem)! Every woman should own a pair of these!

          I bought one pair of these early in the summer and quickly had to buy another. These have become my go-to pants for after work and evenings and the gym. They have a very flattering fit, are outrageously comfortable and can be dressed up or down. The fabric dries quickly if it does get wet and they pack easily for trips.

          I took them on some moderate hikes this summer and they held up great. Just for reference on wear-and-tear, I wore the Prana Bliss Knickers made from the same material on a whitewater rafting trip and they not only were very comfortable when soaked, they were fully dry within an hour of coming off the river.

          The only drawback is...winter's coming and I'll have to stop wearing them.

            You're crazy not to own more than just one pair..very lightweight and comfortable, great to climb in and stylish for every day wear. Great to backpack in, and easy to travel. Highly recommended.

              Very lightweight and dries quickly. The material is comfortable and stretches with you as you move. I wore mine for the first time on a hike at Zion National Park last week, where we were briefly rained on and they were very functional. So far, I have no negatives to report. I am waiting to see how they hold up after a few more excursions and if they are durable, I plan to get another pair in a different color!

                I stumbled across these pants while looking for the perfect hiking/travel capri for hot climates. I tried them on and knew I'd found the elusive pair of stylish yet comfy capris. They feel dreamy! I felt they were a bit too big in my normal REI-brand medium size and so I bought a small. I think the small is quite flattering!

                  I bought these capris for an upcoming trip because I thought they'd be light and easy to pack. I've already worn them about 6 times in the past 2 weeks though so I'm coming back to order a pair in brown as well as the shorter knicker version in black! these are so comfy as well as flattering. very lightweight & breathable, plus they look great for multiple wearings before needing to be washed! perfect!
