The Polar F7 monitor checks your daily condition and guides you to a suitable intensity—you can be certain you are training at the right intensity based on your fitness level.

  • Included T31 Coded™ chest strap transmitter is compact and comfortable, and accurately measures your heart rate
  • Wireless data communication transfers data to and from a PC via SonicLink and UpLink, allowing uploads of exercise settings from a PC
  • Fitness exercise diary monitors weekly frequency, total time, total training count and amount of calories burned during the training sessions
  • Intensities of the weekly workout sessions are also displayed
  • OwnZone® Advanced feature takes the guesswork out of finding your personalized target zone; visual and audible alarm in target zones
  • Provides fitness bullets for every 10 min. spent in your target zone; Zone Pointer feature displays your current position in the target zone
  • OwnCode® eliminates interference from other heart rate monitors
  • Full watch features include stopwatch, backlight, exercise time and low-battery indicator

I first bought this monitor to watch my heart rate for re-starting exercise...now I use it to monitor workout intensity and calories burned! It is very accurate and I have had it for 3 years now and not had any problems! I highly reccommend this monitor to those who who dont want too basic of a monitor, but don't need all the fancy monitoing properties of the expensive other Polar Products! the only downfall is that the chest monitor is not comfortable when you are doing some yoga poses!
