        Oh yeh! I remember when I started backpacking and canoeing, there was only men's gear, there weren't women's backpacking boots, jackets, etc. Now I have cool, comfortable gear like my husband, only it's tailored for my midlife ample curves. I can hardly get over the fact that there is plus sized gear out there now. And it looks good. I went hiking today and I'm off to India with my new quick dry shirt! Thank you for clothes that fit!

        I bought two of these shirts, one white and one in the coppery color to wear on a desert trip. In the past, I have found that REI plus sizes run quite small, so I ordered a 3X (when I wear a 1X). The 3X white shirt fit and was even a little large, but the 3X coppery one was so small that it wouldn't even button. I was very disappointed. I really can't recommend the shirt, unless you could try it on in the store.

          These shirts are terrific for travel. I have several of these and the shirts that I got a couple of years ago are longer than the current model. I really really loved the longer ones, these are a bit short for plus sized ladies. I hope that they will re-design next year.

            I LOVE this shirt. It's so light weight and perfect for Phoenix summers. It also dries super fast which is great because I've been wearing this at least 2x a week. It's nice enough to wear to the office.

            At first I bought the Frozen Creek color and although on my computer screen it looks blue, as soon as I pulled it out of the package I said "oh this is green". I also ordered one size up because I've found most clothes from REI run on the small side but in this case it was a mistake. So I exchanged it for the proper size and in the Burnt Rose color which is as pictured and very pretty. Wish this came in a dozen more colors :-)
