I bought these capris before going on a backpacking trip to the High Sierras. When buying them, I was skeptical that 70% cotton pants could be quick dry, but figured I'd give it a shot. They're not: I jumped in the river wearing them on the first night, they hadn't dried the next morning. I hung them from my bag, and they were just dry by that evening.

Apart from that, I liked these capris. They are really comfortable, have different sized pockets good for carrying all things - I was able to carry our bear canister key securely in one buttoned pocket on my left side, as well as carry sunscreen and bug spray in the larger pocket on the right. They do roll up really small, for easy packing and they are light.

Since coming back, I'm been wearing them around town; they're great for back country or city.
