These custom moldable SOLE Slim Sport footbeds are designed to be used in low-volume footwear like ski boots and cycling shoes.

  • Heat-moldable 3-layer design ensures personal fit and ample support to reduce stress and foot fatigue
  • Deep heel cup and customized arch support help maintain stability and proper knee-to-ankle alignment to reduce fatigue and pain
  • Also helps to support stabilizer muscles, which means more energy is dedicated to the muscles generating power
  • Custom fit helps eliminate pressure points by supporting the arch and distributing weight evenly to increase blood flow and reduce numbness
  • Can be worn with or without heat-molding to achieve the proper amount of support and a custom shape
  • Wicking, perforated polyester topsheets manage moisture and balance friction control with comfort
  • Silver fiber antimicrobial layer helps control odors
  • EVA heat-moldable foam base supplies lightweight cushioning and a custom shape
  • Easy molding: warm footbeds in 200°F oven for about two minutes, then remove and place inside footwear
  • Opti-Therm Molding indicator makes custom fitting a snap—indicator turns black when insoles are ready to be removed from oven
  • To finish the process, step into the footwear and stand straight with feet shoulder width apart for two minutes
  • Easy care; hand wash and air dry to clean

Don't bother with these for cycling shoe

      These are way too thick for cycling shoes...I had to trim them to fit mine and then they're too thick for Sidi shoes. They feel great in my running shoes however.

      After 3 runs in my new Soles I developed Achiliese Tendonitis. At first I never thought it could have been caused by the Soles. But after seeing a doctor and reviewing the onset of the injury I realized that the only thing that I changed was adding the Soles. Now I am dealing with a time consuming, expesive injury through which I can't run or bike.

          My sponsored team cycling shoes started causing problems with my arches. I tried Superfeet w/o success. Soles have solved the problem. Don't think that this is an overnight fix. I used them a week or two before the problem was solved. These are not for running, they're cycling specific (no padding). Don't be shocked if you need to cook them 2 times before they're completely molded to your feet. My first try was close but the second try (after a few days) was right on.
