Love using it during the morning rides when temps are a little cooler. It's a vivid color for the sunrise ride. Keeps me warm but when temps increase I can zip off the sleeves, tuck them into the rear pocket, and I have a comfy vest. It's also a dual zipper front which makes the fit customized.

Very convenient when I go on a group ride on a little chilly morning. After the first hill, I can quickly remove the sleeves during a short regroup. I can take off the whole thing in the afternoon, pack it into its back pocket, and the waist band inside the pocket makes it easy to carry. I love pockets in the front side, too.

I have used this jacket for bike commuting for the last year and it has held up very well. The only thing I would argue with in the description is that it is not waterproof, which you can tell easily from touching the fabric. It is more like a windbreaker, although many of my commutes are in heavy fog/light drizzle, and it holds up against that, just not actual rain. The convertable sleeves are awesome, although you definitely have to stop to take them off, and possibly remove the jacket because of the way the zipper is aligned.
I have the pink and it is very bright, but not neon. It's visible when I'm riding, but doesn't scream 'cycling gear!' if you wear it off your bike, mainly just looks sporty.
When I bought this at another site, some of the comments said that it ran small. I typically wear a size small jacket so I tried a small and it works fine, although if you could not be described as small-chested or narrow-shoulderd, I would advise looking at a size up. (I am a 34A, and while it's not tight, I would buy a M if I were even a little bit larger just to have some wiggle room.)
Overall, I am very happy with this jacket and have recommended it to others.
