I bought a pair of these about a year ago and have gotten great use out of them. They're still in great shape and---not withstanding the other reviewer's comments---I have fond them to stay put when I tuck them under elastic seam at the bottom of the short on my bib shorts (I have to do that with my leg warmers too). This price represents a very good value.

Tried these over the shorts and under the shorts. No matter what, they just don't stay up. I may have bought them too large-- no sizing chart makes that easy to do-- but they are quite snug around my calves. They feel snug around my knees and thighs, too, but fall down around my knees after 1/4 mile.
