I bought these in the US and returned with them to my home in Oslo, Norway to test them. They are good REI quality, however they did not live up to my expectations. They are lightweight, but are not warm enough in 32F / 0C temps or colder. The best applications for these gloves have been 1) when it's been 40F / 5C or warmer 2) I needed stylish gloves to wear to a dressy occasion 3) driving the car in the winter. I was hoping for more than these gloves delivered. However if your use case falls in the above categories I'd recommend them.

I bought these for biking in 40 to 55 degree weather. My other gloves were too thick and didn't breath, so my hands got too hot and sweaty. These fit the bill perfectly. When my hands start to get too warm, there's no more sweat problem! Very comfortable, good fit, with good dexterity and grip for shifting.
