      I drive across 5 or 6 states once-a-month. No more lost time driving the "scenic routes." I tried the higher priced next model up; it was no contest. The c550 is the best on the market at any price. It is intuitive and allows for detours on your way to the final destination. Can find a Starbucks, ATM and more in any city. Controls are intuitive and don't need a techie to be set up. Join the lifetime membership with Garmin to recieve continuing updates route changes.

        Get this now! It is amazing and SO EASY TO START UP AND USE! Durable as well--went flying during car crash and GPS survived! Gives you the speed limits in case you haven't seen a sign in awhile. Kinda bummed it didn't come with USB so we could connect it to the computer right away to get things downloaded on it like Geocache, but we will just go buy one not that big of deal. No more looking up directions on computer and trying to print them out before we leave---total time saver--just imput address and you are on your way
