Slightly more upright and relaxed than a true race boot, the Dragon gives expert skiers an excellent blend of power and comfort
3-density shell technology combines 2 types of plastic to create 3 zones of hardness, maximizing performance, fit and comfort
Hard materials comprise 70% of the shell and provide supreme strength and power transmission
Soft materials make up the remaining 30% and are intended to ease entry and exit
Intermediate structure combines soft and hard materials through the instep to provide a secure wrap and fit while also enhancing power
Asymmetric shell design maximizes power transmission to the inside edge for superb skiing performance
Dual cuff alignment matches the angle of the cuff with the shape of the lower leg, increasing comfort and performance
HiPerFit liners utilize self-molding and thermally formable materials to ensure a precise, customized fit that adapts to foot anatomy
Loop on tongue aids putting the boot on and taking it off and helps ensure the tongue is correctly seated
Carbon steel buckles are 5 times stronger than magnesium, allowing the buckles an extremely low profile without sacrificing durability
Top 2 cuff catches are easily moved to fit varying leg shapes; catches have a whopping 44mm range—22mm forward and 22mm back
Instep catch is hinged, allowing excellent pressure distribution; plus, it pivots away from the shell, letting the shell spread for easy entry
45mm UltraFlex Booster power strap securely wraps around the leg and offers progressive flex and shock absorption
Rip-and-stick attachment system allows you to set the rear spoiler at different heights for personal preference, or it can be removed altogether
Bi-injected A.V.S. sole design does double duty, maximizing shock absorption and providing a nonslip surface along the sole of the boot

High performance boots were always at the price of tons of pain...no longer the case with the Dragon even with 120 stiffness. You can trust the control of your skis with these boots (with custom sole obviously). The liner/shell combination is outstanding well designed.
Pricey but worth every penny !!!
