Good for really cold weather

This is overall a good jacket for very cold and windy temperatures (below 40). With a base layer, it will keep you warm on cold, wet, or very windy rides. It's waterproof and windproof. It's a little too heavy and hot for above 40 degrees. Has armpit vents which helps but it does not fold into a compact pack that fits on your jersey so you better be sure you'll need it for the length of your ride.
I wish the sleeves were detachable and had a large rear vent but then if you need that, you are probable better off with a different jacket.

    I have had this jacket for about a year now. At first it did not seem breathable but I have figured out the best use of venting and I really like this jacket. Rode today in a light rain with the temps in the high 40's. Stayed dry the entire ride.
