I have had the SV's now for seven full seasons of skiing. When I bring them out each year for the season I am amazed at how new they look. We wash them twice a year and even after seven years moisture still beads off of them. They are also super tough. I am an avid tree skiier and I can't tell you how many times I have nailed stout branches and such. This pants have held up beautifully. They also are very light and uber comfortable. The bib aspect definately keeps the powder out on those deep days. Both me and my wife have a pair and we are so excited each time we put them on to know we will stay dry and warm no matter how nasty it gets out there. These are real gems. If you want light bomber protection on the slopes you can't go wrong with these bibs.
