Teva has made huge improvements in the Pretty Rugged since I bought my first pair a few years ago. The footbed is very soft and comfortable and even has decent arch support. The rubber tips on the velcro straps keep the velcro in place instead of poking up and catching on everything. The straps are also softer, more comfortable, and more easily adjustable. I really like the Hikone color, too. It's the first Teva I've seen that's brown instead of black; it goes great with lots of my outdoor clothes. I've even worn it with a brown dress and liked the look.
