Comments about Klean Kanteen Stainless-Steel Water Bottle with Sport Bottle Cap - 12 oz.:
Bought this sport cap design for my daughter thinking it would be the right size and capacity for her to take in the car, avoid spills, etc.
She complained about the sport cap being hard to drink out of so I tried it myself on my own Kleen Kanteen (adult size!) on my next bike ride. It was so hard to drink out of that I ended up just screwing the top off every time I needed a drink.
If they came up with a better design for the cap and made it easier to drink (you can't squeeze, you have to suck, and the contents are too slow to empty.) Maybe adding a straw would help? My daughter and I like the design of the CamelBak Better Bottle's sipper better, but would prefer a a design like that on a stainless bottle.
For now we just screw off the top to take a drink!

Comments about Klean Kanteen Stainless-Steel Water Bottle with Sport Bottle Cap - 12 oz.:
I formerly had 2 larger aluminum bottles, but their large size didn't fit well in my elastic pack holders and kept falling out; then I lost one. This size is nice for those occasions when you don't need a huge amount of water, but want to carry some just in case. For a morning or afternoon day-hike, 2 of them (balances) are a nice amount, and for a bike ride where there will eventually be water along the way, one is nice and not so heavy.
Yes, the cap is non-functional for drinking from, but good because a) the strap keeps it from getting lost and b) it's good to shake and sprinkle a little water on hands without wasting much.
