    This jacket is basically a rain shell with a cozy built-in fleece vest. Much less bulky than having a full fleece jacket with a rain shell over it. The trade off is that its not warm enough for freezing temperatures.

    Its great for:
    Temps between 40-60 degrees
    Mildly to moderately windy days
    Light rain

    Keeps you warm where you need it. I purchased it for a rain jacket that could keep me warm as well as dry. I like all the extra pockets and that you can adjust the hood to fit over your head and stay there; the rain in the pacific northwest is brutal on a bicycle and it helps keep me warm. The only thing I'd say is that it can get a little sweaty, but it does the job and appears to be high quality. :)
