I recently bought the regular (not extended)size and love the cut and length of the coat but find that it is not insulated enough for northwest winters. It is cut nicely to hug a woman's curves yet is not constricting. However, I find I'm not warm enough in temperatures below 45 degrees, even with layers underneath. I am outside a lot at busstops and this jacket doesn't cut it for me. I will be returning it to get the North Face Transit jacket instead. It has similar style but is down instead of synthetic.
