      this is a great jacket for cool/cold rainy conditions; however, the velcro sticks to the fabric--especially on the sleeves--when unfastened or folded. this has pilled the jacket and quickly and dramatically reduced its waterproofness in these areas.

        It is a really warm jacket. I just bought it and used it in 30 degrees weather without a fleece and it wat very warm. I would definately recommend this jacket to go outdoors and have plenty of fun during winter days.

          this is an excellent top layer for cold conditions around town. I live in the mountains and couldn't be happier. wind proof and water (snow) proof. when layered its excellent. bought a second one I liked it so much.

          I bought this and liked it so much I bought a second one for my 17 year old son. He loves it. If I could find one draw back it would be the sleeves aren't cut to allow much layering. I am not a He-man, but a little more girth for fleece layers in the arms would be nice.

          Great for cool/cold weather but too much for warm/hot weather, doesnt seem to breath well then. The arm pit area could stand to be cut a little bigger also. Great jacket otherwise, its all I need for most winter days around the Winston-Salem and Charlotte area of NC.
