  • Its windproof/breathable barrier comes sandwiched between cozy recycled polyester Synchilla® pile and a Capilene® brushed-mesh lining
  • Supplex® nylon panels down the sides and under the sleeves reduce bulkiness and slim the fit

    Comments about Patagonia Classic Retro-X Jacket - Women's:

    This is a great jacket for general cool weather wear. Its windproof and very, very durable due to its laminated backing. Sometimes fleece is flimsy and this is definitely not one of them. That being said, the laminate makes it a pretty heavy jacket. Although it is based on a style designed for technical alpine wear (hence RETRO x), this is not a technical product--there are much lighter and more compressible windproof fleeces out there. When you first get this jacket it is pretty stiff, however, after wear and washing it really does soften up. Fit is supposed to be slim according to patagonia's sizing, however, I find it to be closer to the regular fit. Although its not boxy or masculine, I wouldnt highlight its "feminine cut" cause it is cut pretty straight!
