Comments about Z-Medica Quikclot Sport - 50g:
Here was my situation... We where on a 44 mile hike up Mt. Etna. around mile 22 a member fell out (she tripped and cut herself on some lava rack). the cut was deep in the V of her index finger and thumb. There was no way to stop the bleeding. We didn't have a suture kit i luckily bought this as a last resort and carried it on me at all times. Do your research on the product before using for proper usage. Please buy and don't wait.

Comments about Z-Medica Quikclot Sport - 50g:
I carry all three flavors (25g, 50g, and 100g) in my "First Aid Kit" (which is just a mini version of my medic bag). I also carry an Israeli bandage as well. Slightly bulky, but so many uses.

Comments about Z-Medica Quikclot Sport - 50g:
This is the commercial product of something we all carried in Afghanistan. It is just what you want when you or your buddy is bleeding. Used with direct pressure, and this is a very good deal. Remember to treat for shock in any case.
