    I bought this whistle to take with me while rock climbing. It is practically weightless, and takes up no space at all. I have mine clipped onto my chalk bag. I never even notice it's there.

    It's good to know that if we're ever in a pinch, I can call for help for hours -- even days -- until someone hears us.

      Have not had to use this whistle, of corse I did run around the house blowing it,it has no pea but sound dose seem to oscillate. Belive it would do the job when needed.
