Comments about Patagonia Integral Jacket - Men's:
My new favorite running jacket!! Haven't got the chance to take it to the snow, but definitely would wanna give it a try. Although feels a little light to be wearing in the snow, but if the weather is good during mid day, this jacket might perform really well. My favorite thing about this jacket is the fit. It's not bulky but enough room to fit a light to medium weight base layer. I've been wearing it with my capilene 4 base layer without doing any sort of rigorous activities, and it's kept me warm down to about 40 degrees. I tried it on while wearing my Capilene 4 plus a TNF Stretch, it's a little bit snug that way but feels loose enough for normal activities. My main reason for this purchase is for winter running. I absolutely love the features available to us runners with this jacket. Chest pocket for my ipod/cell phone/ID/snacks, zippered wrist area allow me to keep my arms and hands toasty warm in the beginning of my run, and zip it open to keep my arms nice a cool half way through my run, windproof front to keep my core area from the chilly wind and well vented under arm and back to keep me feeling comfortable during my long runs, and when I'm really starting to heat up, I also have the option to open up the zippered hand warmer pockets on the side to let out some heat, and the water repellence is just the cherry on top especially living in Northern California where rain is common during the winter time. As technical as the jacket sounds, it's still a very stylish piece of garment. The olive color is very very cool, and turn heads often when I'm out running. Over all, one of my best purchases, definitely recommend it to anyone!
