    After using several different brands and models the Wild Country Helium have far and away been my favorite. So much so I have gotten rid of the others and replaced them all with the Heliums. First of the smooth nose is not a gimmick. With the gate open ropes, but especially small cords and webbing can slide out without getting caught. The low weight is nice but when coupled with the comfortable size, smooth gate, strength and the awesome hand feel (even with bulky gloves) the low weight is gnarly.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
